Casa Lou Cardenas apartments is open in Longmont

 Hi Longmont on May 17th 2024 Casa Lou Cardenas apartments on 9th and main st had grand opening celebration.  They are located right on 9th and main st a busy intersection. 

This place will be a mixed used apartments. There will be space for 6 retail stores ranging from 385 Sq ft to 3654 Sq ft.  They will also have 6 apartments from 1 - 2 bedrooms ranging around 1000- 1170 Sq ft. First floor will have 4 retail spaces and second floor will have five 2 bedroom apartments and 2 retail space. And the 3rd floor will have one 1 bedroom apartment. Each apartment also comes with 180sq ft  individual rooftop top deck.  

For many years this area 9th and main st has been run down area.  This area like many other places in Longmont is going thru big changes.  Now we have luxury apartments here and the  demographic is changing.   

Idk how much the rent is at this place but I'm sure is above $2000 a month?  You get to live in busy intersection with lots of traffic.  The nice thing is you have many places in walking distance like butcher franks, mama meads pizza and Mexican food and chicken next door.  Downtown is only couple blocks away too.

Hi everyone let me show you one of the most dangerous neighborhood in my city of Longmont Colorado.  That place is Countryside village manufactured mobile homes  located at 1400 south collier st.  Over the years they had number of shooting and last year a child was shot in a drive by shooting here. Countryside village has mobile parks also in greeley and federal heights.  Longmont doesn't really have any hoods or bad part of town.  You feel safe walking or riding bike anywhere.  But some areas do see more crimes . Lmk if you agree if  Countryside village is the most dangerous hood in longmont?

New tea house in Longmont Colorado

Hi Longmont did you know a new tea house is about to open up?  Is called luminous tea house located at 624 main st in north downtown Longmont  Colorado.   They specialize in unique lose leaf  tea blends and they have many different flavors available.  They will also come out with new flavors through out the year like the strawberry lemonade herbal and fruit tea or peach serenity wellness tea.    I have not seen the inside but from what I seen they will have a space for customers to drink teas, chai, coffee, and even Indian street food.  For tea lovers go check luminous tea when they open. DEN ON 11th Grand opening

Hi foodies a new restaurant is having grand opening on Monday June 10th 2024 in Longmont Colorado.   Den on eleventh is a new restaurant opening up at 1111 Francis st where the old longmont public restaurant use to be.   Beau and Taylor Raffensperger  two brothers who grew up in Longmont and went to skyline high school and decided to open a restaurant in longmont where they grew up.   At the Den on eleventh the menu will consist of mostly new American cuisine.  They will also be focusing on steaks and fresh seafood.  Steaks will be locally sourced and seafood flown in from east coast.  Something that is missing in Longmont right now.  I looked at the menu and the cheapest thing you can order is $9 and $37 for ribeye steak.  Most items were priced around $15-$20.
